These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of e-gujarat.com (the "Platform"), operated by the team behind e-gujarat.com ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. What the Platform does
e-gujarat.com is a business and discovery platform for Gujarat. It provides, among other things, a B2B business directory, a tenders & requirements board, aggregated business news links, and information about tourism, crafts and the NRI community. Some features allow you to submit content (for example, a business listing or a tender) or to register interest in upcoming features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
3. Submissions (listings, tenders and other content)
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to any content you submit.
- By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it on the Platform.
- All submissions are reviewed before publication and may be edited, declined or removed at our discretion, without notice.
- You must not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to share.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by: posting spam or fraudulent content; scraping or harvesting data; attempting to gain unauthorised access; uploading malware; or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Third-party content and links
The Platform aggregates and links to news and resources published by third parties. Such headlines and links are provided for convenience and remain the property of their respective publishers; we do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content or websites. Some links may be affiliate links, from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform's design, branding and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without our permission, except for content you yourself submit.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your content or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
